We are committed to ensuring that students in all communities have the opportunity to become successful leaders.
Our “Future Leader Intern” program is the top internship program in the state. We provide high-level internship opportunities to Arizona’s most talented high school and college students. We offer internship opportunities in law, business, government, education, technology, non-profits, media and more! Our partner organizations commit to hosting "Future Leader Interns" and provide them with a firsthand experience into their future career field.

PROSPECTIVE INTERNS, WHY FLAZ?
Future Leaders of Arizona is the only organization in Arizona that provides high level internships in multiple career sectors. High school and college students have the opportunity to build deep networks with Future Leaders across disciplines and create extensive partnerships that are sure to benefit them throughout their personal and professional careers. FLAZ welcomes a wide range of interns from high school juniors and seniors to undergraduate college students and graduate students enrolled in MBA, PhD, and law school programs.
